Execution & Reconciliation

Execution Ledger & Reconciliation

Approved actions apply through the official Amazon Ads API with a before/after snapshot per change. After every run, AdsPlane reconciles what actually landed and records it in the Execution Ledger.

Apply, safely

Execution runs through the official Amazon Ads API, capturing a before/after snapshot for every change. It is idempotent and retry-safe, and it fails closed — on error a run pauses rather than continuing blindly.

Reconciliation + drift

After execution, Reconciliation verifies that each change landed as intended and flags any drift — anything Amazon changed underneath you. Drift is surfaced, not silently absorbed.

The Execution Ledger

Every executed action is written to the Execution Ledger, an append-only audit record. It's the accountability layer — you can always see what changed, when, and why.

A daily QC report

Each run produces a QC report, delivered with your daily digest, so the full picture of what happened is one tap away.

At a glance

  • Idempotent, retry-safe execution; errors fail closed
  • Drift detection — flags anything Amazon changed underneath you
  • Execution Ledger + a daily QC report for full accountability
