Use of the Service
AdsPlane provides software tools for Amazon Ads analysis, Runbooks, Manifests, Guardrail Policies, approval workflows, execution support, and reconciliation. You agree to use AdsPlane only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable Amazon policies and advertising rules.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for your Amazon account, advertising campaigns, API credentials, approvals, budgets, account configuration, and compliance with all marketplace and advertising policies. You must provide accurate information and keep your account access secure.
API Credentials
You authorize AdsPlane to use approved API access only for providing the service. You are responsible for granting, reviewing, and revoking access when appropriate.
Not an Advertising Agency
AdsPlane is not an advertising agency and does not act as your media buyer, campaign creator, or account manager. AdsPlane provides software workflows that help you review and approve advertising actions.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
AdsPlane does not guarantee any specific advertising outcome, revenue, ranking, profitability, return on ad spend, account performance, or marketplace result.
Approvals and Execution
Where approval-gated execution is enabled, you are responsible for reviewing Manifests and approving or rejecting actions. AdsPlane may block or pause actions when Guardrail Policies, system safety checks, or reconciliation results indicate risk.
Payments
Paid plans, invoices, taxes, renewals, trials, cancellations, and refunds will be governed by the pricing and billing terms presented at signup or in the applicable invoice.
Service Availability
We work to keep AdsPlane reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting issues, API changes, third-party outages, or events outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinite Path Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, advertising losses, or loss of data.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in India will handle disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as AdsPlane evolves. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are published means you accept the updated Terms.
